Course Information:

Supplies: A VHS videotape and/or a mini-DV videotape will be supplied to each person for use in this class to use for editing and shooting. Students also will be supplied with blank CD-ROMs and DVDs to save finished videos onto.

Suggested additional supplies:
• Additional videotapes for editing/shooting
• USB jump drive OR Zip disk. (
If you purchase a Zip disk, it is suggested that you get a PC-formatted ZIP disk. The Macintoshes in Rolfs Hall and PCs in McCarty Hall can read 100- or 250-megabyte ZIP disks. However, many ZIP drives in the department can only read 100-megabyte ZIPs. You also may wish to purchase more videotapes for shooting video or for editing.)
